Physician
Dr. Melanie Campbell
Dr. Melanie Campbell is the Founding Physician at Dream Fertility. She has been a practicing Ob/Gyn since 2014. She completed her training at the University of Toronto. She then went on to do further training under the supervision of experts in our field to obtain an expanded scope of practice in infertility, including management of IVF, from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. She is passionate about her work in fertility and recurrent pregnancy loss, and working in partnership with her patients to support their fertility goals. She also practices Obstetrics at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, and finds it to be a unique privilege to care for patients through their fertility journey to the birth of their child, and often beyond, as they continue to grow their families. Dr. Campbell enjoys sharing her love of learning with medical trainees as an Assistant Professor at Queen's University. She is committed to equity, and completed her Master's research in access to medicines to prevent mother-to-child transmission of HIV in South Africa. She loves playing, swimming, and having kitchen dance parties with her husband and four children.

Nurse Manager
Kristi
Kristi always wanted to follow in her two grandmothers footsteps and become a registered nurse. She is now our amazing and irreplaceable Nurse Manager! As a little girl, she dreamt of being a Labour and Delivery Nurse. She used to pretend that milk bags were babies and would help ‘deliver’ them. Fast forward to 2002, she started her nursing career on a general surgery floor and after eight years, she followed her heart and became a labour and delivery nurse. In 2018 she was introduced to fertility nursing, fell in love and never looked back! She enjoys all of her patients and takes great pride in helping them navigate an emotional and sometimes stressful journey.

Lead Administrative Coordinator
Michelle
Michelle started her medical journey by taking the Medical Office Assistant MOA course in Kamloops, BC. From there she moved back to Ontario and she started her career at the Oshawa Clinic. She has been at the clinic for over 25 years with the last 10 years working in the fertility field. Michelle loves to help every patient with their fertility journey and will always go that extra mile. When not at work you can usually find her and her husband at the ice rink watching their 3 boys play hockey.

Nurse
Cara
Cara is an important member of the DREAM nursing team, who provides compassionate and personalized care to our patients. Nursing wasn’t her first career, but in 2014 while juggling three kids and a husband, decided to go back to school. Cara graduated from Durham College with honours and has gained valuable experiences in healthcare working in both the hospital and long-term care settings. She also spent time serving the community using her nursing skills to assess thousands of patients at the COVID-19 assessment centres throughout the pandemic. She discovered fertility nursing and with great mentorship and the ambition to learn, a new passion has emerged. Cara feels honoured to be a part of each patient’s personal fertility journey. When not hard at work at the clinic, you will often find Cara behind a camera trying to catch theperfect shot of a sunrise or sunset.

Nurse
Carla
Carla brings over 13 years of experience to the Dream Fertility nursing team, with a strong background in fertility nursing and third-party reproduction. She previously worked at Markham Fertility Centre, in the Donor and Surrogacy Department, where she supported patients through unique and deeply meaningful paths to parenthood. She is kind, compassionate, and truly caring, with a heartfelt commitment to making the fertility journey feel a little lighter and more hopeful for every patient she meets. Carla believes that even small moments of comfort and connection can make a meaningful difference during what can often feel like an overwhelming process. She considers it a true privilege to walk alongside patients as they pursue their dreams of growing their families. When she’s not hard at work, you’ll find Carla at the gym, lost in a good book, or getting creative with arts and crafts projects alongside her son.
