Kristi always wanted to follow in her two grandmothers footsteps and become a registered nurse. She is now our amazing and unreplaceable Nurse Manager! As a little girl, she dreamt of being a Labour and Delivery Nurse. She used to pretend that milk bags were babies and would help ‘deliver’ them. Fast forward to 2002, she started her nursing career on a general surgery floor and after eight years, she followed her heart and became a labour and delivery nurse. In 2018 she was introduced to fertility nursing, fell in love and never looked back! She enjoys all of her patients and takes great pride in helping them navigate an emotional and sometimes stressful journey.
With a passion for learning and special interest in OB/GYN, Haley absolutely adores working with her fertility patients! After completing her education/training at Trent University, The Michener Institute of Education at UHN, St. Michael’s High Risk Obstetrical unit, and Sunnybrook hospital,Haley found her calling in the operating room doing ultrasounds for IVF egg retrievals and embryo transfers. You’ll typically meet Haley first thing in the morning, jamming out to oldies while she scans, and attempting to laugh with patients through their -more often than not-stressful fertility journey. She loves to educate and talk about all things ultrasound, or any nerdy lore you can think of. In her spare time, you’ll find Haley chasing around her toddler, Ash, or her cats, Lupin and Pippin. Family is everything to Haley, and she is so excited to help DREAM patients build theirs!

With nearly 20 years of dedicated nursing experience including emergency medicine, surgery, paediatrics, postpartum and newborn care; she has a passion for mentoring the next generation of caring professionals. Her fertility journey began two years ago, after she had the pleasure of working alongside Dr. Campbell in Women's and Children's Health. Since this time, she has enjoyed helping her patients grow their families in her very own community! When she's not working at the clinic, Lindsey is devoted to her husband, two young children and rescue dog. She is enthusiastic about supporting local animal shelters as well as veterans across the Durham Region.

She has been at the clinic for over 25 years with the last 10 years working in the fertility field. Michelle loves to help every patient with their fertility journey and will always go that extra mile. When not at work you can usually find her and her husband at the ice rink watching her 3 boys play hockey.
Cara is the newest member to the DREAM nursing team. She is the perfect addition to our team and provides compassionate and personalized care to our patients. Nursing wasn’t her first career, but in 2014 while juggling three kids and a husband, decided to go back to school. Cara graduated from Durham College with honours and has gained valuable experiences in healthcare working in both the hospital and long-term care settings. She also spent time serving the community using her nursing skills to assess thousands of patients at the COVID-19 assessment centres throughout the pandemic. She discovered fertility nursing and with great mentorship and the ambition to learn, a new passion has emerged. Cara feels honoured to be a part of each patient’s personal fertility journey. When not hard at work at the clinic, you will often find Cara behind a camera trying to catch the perfect shot of a sunrise or sunset.
