At Dream Fertility we strive to improve access to care for patients in Durham and beyond. We have secured funding through the Ontario Fertility Program to provide funded IUI cycles to patients. Through our partnership with Markham Fertility patients can also access funding for IVF.

Not all fertility treatments are covered through this funding program, so we have included approximate costs for all treatment options and medications. Medication costs especially can vary based on dosing which is why a range is provided.
We want to be transparent with our patients and empower you with all the necessary knowledge to make decisions for your care.
Natural Cycle Monitoring
Ultrasound and blood tests are performed in the first half of a menstrual cycle to help predict when ovulation will occur. A confirmatory blood test can also be performed a week after predicted ovulation.
Timed Intercourse or Home Insemination
Like natural cycle monitoring, we perform ultrasounds and bloodwork to help predict ovulation in order to time intercourse or home insemination
Ovulation Induction
This involves taking a medication to help a patient ovulate.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) and Controlled Ovarian Stimulation (COH)
IUI involves placing sperm directly into the uterus using a catheter around the time of ovulation. Leading up to the procedure day, medication can be used to help one to three eggs develop in the ovary.
In Virtro Fertilization (IVF) with or without Genetic Testing
IVF is a process where the eggs and sperm are combined in the lab to create embryos.
Egg Freezing
2-3 Weeks
This treatment allows patients to preserve their eggs for future use.
